A leading technology company is seeking a Precision Micro-Deburr Specialist. The successful candidate will be integral to ensuring the highest levels of precision, care, and quality in our products. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!

Precision Micro-Deburr Specialist Responsibilities:

• Removing the micro burrs on milled and/or turned parts following existing procedures.
• Developing new procedures and techniques with the aid of machinists and engineers.
• Operating a heat treat furnace following existing processes and procedures.
• Inspect incoming parts for quality and adherence to part specifications.
• Other tasks as required.

Precision Micro-Deburr Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a similar role a plus.
• Ability to sit and look through a microscope for long periods of time.
• Detail-oriented with the highest standards of quality.
• High dexterity to manipulate small objects.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination.
• Flexibility upon priority changes.
• Knowledge of machining processes is a plus.
• Willingness to question anything that doesn’t make sense or may be in error.

Shift:

• Standard office hours Monday-Friday.
• Must be prepared to work overtime as business conditions require.
