A leading professional networking company seeks a Monetization Strategy & Commercial Program Manager. The successful candidate will focus on accelerating commercial model development for new offerings, automation, and AI adoption. The company offers a great work environment!

Monetization Strategy & Commercial Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure these initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable impact.
  • Serve as a hands-on driver for monetization strategy initiatives, from planning through implementation.
  • Program manage key commercial model initiatives, coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and alignment.
  • Support adoption and rollout of commercial programs and incentive changes.
  • Build frameworks, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of commercial model initiatives.

Monetization Strategy & Commercial Program Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Program/Project Management, Monetization, or Business Operations in a consumer tech, social media, advertising, or similar environment.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience with commercial model design and execution (pricing, incentives, packages/offers) is preferred.
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders and engaging field sales teams is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and developing creative solutions under tight timelines is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, CRMs, and analytics/reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.) is preferred.
