We are a boutique Recruiting and Staffing Agency with an office in Santiago, Chile looking for energetic, ambitious people-persons who are interested in learning more about recruitment in high-tech and other industries in the U.S. job market. The primary focus in this role will be full-cycle recruitment including; sourcing, screening and presenting quality candidates to employment opportunities with our client companies, ranging from software engineering, finance, marketing, administrative, media, and other positions. Company and Location:
- Recruiting and staffing company based out of the San Francisco Bay area serving important companies in technology, entertainment, healthcare, and other industries in the United States
- Looking for a Recruiter to join our nearshore team in our office in Santiago, Chile (100% onsite in Providencia during Pacific office hours)
Main Responsibilities:
- Source quality candidates for a variety of positions
- Review profiles and job applications to filter qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens with candidates to assess knowledge, skills and experience for position
- Present candidate to client companies
- Set up interviews upon request
- Extend offers to selected candidates
- Confirm resources for assignments
- Update applicant tracking and submission systems
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates
Requirements:
- Motivated, organized and able to multitask
- Self-driven and collaborative team player
- Enjoy engaging with candidates via phone and email
- Solid computer skills
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Living in Santiago and authorized to work in Chile
- Available to work onsite and full time (40-hour workweek) from Monday through Friday during Pacific Time office hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- University degree
- Relevant work experience
- Knowledgeable in information technology
Compensation:
- Base salary of $800.000 CLP (net) with additional commissions and bonuses.
- Total pay with commissions and bonus pay averages $1.000.000-$1.500.000 CLP after several months to a half year or more on the job, once you have built up your book of business (secured candidate hires)
- High potential to earn total pay of $1.500.000-$2.000.00+ CLP as you continue to build your book of business
