• 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment

A leading university seeks a Facilities Inspector. The successful candidate will The successful candidate will perform facility inspections on a routine basis. The company offers a great work environment!

Facilities Inspector Responsibilities:

• Process non-standard requests, initiate appropriate documentation and notify Building Manager and/or coordinate with outside agencies as needed.
• Work closely with the custodial team and the Building Manager to identify deficiencies and make recommendations to remedy problems.
• Manage key control and assets provided.
• Enter corrective work orders to rectify any maintenance issues that are found during building inspections.
• Damage billing assessment and compilation.
• Gather and manipulate data via Excel.
• Provide thorough photo documentation for the damage billing process.

Facilities Inspector Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an educational or facilities environment.
• HS diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service experience and a proven ability to meet performance standards.
• MS Word and Excel experience.
• Ability to learn policies and procedures and correctly provide that information to customers and use information to make sound decisions.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 06:45 AM to 03:15 PM.
• May work extended hours.
