  • Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite, Must be able to travel around the Campus to different building locations for on-site testing and configuration)

  • 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment, Possible extension

A leading university seeks a Certified Lenel Access Control Specialist. The successful candidate will lead a project focused on modifying, consolidating, and optimizing access levels within Lenel OnGuard across our portfolio of 300+ buildings. The company offers a great work environment!

Certified Lenel Access Control Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing access levels, implement standardized configurations, and ensure proper assignment of access based on user roles and security protocols.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current access levels and configurations across 300 buildings.
  • Develop a standardized framework for access levels, aligning with organizational security policies and user requirements
  • Consolidate redundant or outdated access levels and streamline configurations for efficiency.
  • Configure and optimize Lenel access levels, time zones, cardholder groups, and related functionalities to ensure accurate and secure access assignments.

Certified Lenel Access Control Specialist Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification in Lenel Access Control systems.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing Lenel access levels, time zones, cardholder groups, and related functionalities.
  • Experience with large-scale access control projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding access level structures and user permissions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to different building locations for on-site testing and configuration.
  • Extensive knowledge of Lenel systems, including access levels, time zones, cardholder groups, and other critical access control functionalities.
  • A valid driver's license to operate University vehicles.

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
