A leading technology company seeks a Portfolio Management and Sourcing Program Manager. The ideal candidate will join the Meso-scale Center to facilitate the processes associated with optimizing machine utilization across the three sites of the Center and its outsource partners. Portfolio Management and Sourcing Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and track activities involved in capacity/demand analysis, coordination with various departments to ensure the efficient use of capability and capacity, and improved operational efficiency.
  • Capacity/Demand Analysis: Support the team in establishing and maintaining a process for capacity/demand analysis, including reviewing current capacity, forecasting demand, and making agreements on capacity reserves.
  • Site-to-Site and Insource/Outsource Management: Enable optimization of internal capacity utilization by managing the transfer of part manufacturing between sites, as well as outsourcing and insourcing of components as demand fluctuates.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): Track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Portfolio Management and Sourcing Program Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in program management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and Opcenter MES/APS systems is a plus.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of NPI processes and production planning is preferred.
  • Familiarity with insource/outsource concepts and supplier management is preferred.

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
