We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the VP of FP&A - Monetization and the Sr Directors of FP&A. The ideal candidate must skillfully communicate with a wide variety of constituents, representing the company to employees, customers, vendors and visitors. Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives are a must, as is expert handling of confidential information.

The individual will be expected to proactively resolve time-sensitive issues, demonstrating excellent judgment and problem-solving skills. He/she must exhibit exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Individual must demonstrate ability to accommodate flexible work schedule, based on the needs of the executives.


  • Plan, organize and manage the calendars for three finance leaders
  • Multiple calendar management responsibility for internal and external meetings – using insight and decision-making skills with regard to managing action items in multiple times zones
  • Preparing and managing confidential information. Being privy to such sensitive information there is a need to maintain good practice with integrity and diplomacy
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, knowledge of visa/passport processing procedures helpful
  • Organize meetings and special events for the finance team
  • Prepare expense reports on a timely basis and submit purchase requisitions
  • Budget tracking and reporting, producing reports as required
  • Providing backup support for other members of the administrative team

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working at a senior administrative assistant and/or executive assistant level
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and be flexible
  • Team player who can maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in work hours

$45-$55 Per Hour           San Francisco, CA        6 Month Assignment
