PTP is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our CX CRM Practice.  At PTP we value aptitude and creativity as well as experience.  We are a diverse organization and are looking for bright, passionate and committed professionals who strive to be the best at what they do.

Responsibilities

  • This position will perform development tasks on CRM engagements, inclusive of assisting in solution designing, generating technical design documentation, generation of Apex and testing classes for custom code, Lightning components, and executing testing strategies.   
    • Development Tasks:
      • Coding: Lightning Components, Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript
      • Integration via API (REST or SOAP)
      • Salesforce Search Languages (SOQL and SOSL)
      • Developer Console
    • Salesforce Configuration
      • User Interface (UI)
      • Data Model
        • Object Configuration, Customization
        • Entity Relation Diagram (ERD) experience
    • Automation: Workflow, Approvals, Visual Workflow, Process Builder
    • Lightning Experience Development/Migration
    • Data Loader, Import Wizard, and other Salesforce Data tools

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Platform with the following certifications: 
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification 
  • 5+ Years of IT consulting experience, with 3+ years’ of experience with two or more CRM applications.
  • Clearance Level: Clearable
  • Need to have an analytical mindset and has the capability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Has implemented at least one full life cycle implementation of a CRM project based on a structured methodology; preferable in Agile like environment
  • Has experience with declarative coding approaches
  • Has experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Has experience with REST or SOAP APIs and Salesforce Apex coding language and corresponding test classes
  • Has experience building Lightning Components and using Lightning Design System
  • Has time management skills to be able to complete development tasks within project timelines and schedules
  • Has experience working within Integrated Development Environments (IDE)

    1. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
    2. Salesforce Certified Administrator
    3. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Experience Salesforce Open CTI APIs
  • Experience building custom components for Console applications
