Job Description

  • This position will perform administration and configuration tasks on CRM engagements, inclusive of generating technical design documentation, executing testing strategies, generation of testing cases for a configured solution, and assisting in solution designing.  This resource should also have experience with the following:  
    • Salesforce Community Cloud Configuration
      • Prebuilt templates and declarative configuration
      • Sharing architecture 
      • Licensing types
      • Migration/release management and deployment
      • System testing
    • Salesforce Configuration
      • Automation: Workflow, Approvals, Visual Workflow, Process Builder
      • Custom Report Types and Dashboards
      • Salesforce Sharing Architecture (Setup and Configuration)
      • Knows how to generate SOQL
    • Lightning Experience
    • Data Loader, Import Wizard, and other Salesforce Data tools


  • Experienced with Salesforce Platform and Ecosystem with the following certification:
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Has implemented Salesforce Community Cloud
  • 5+ Years of IT consulting experience, with 3+ year(s) of experience with a CRM application.
  • Clearance Level: Clearable
  • Need to have an analytical mindset and has the capability to troubleshoot issues
  • Has implemented at least one full life cycle implementation of a CRM project based on a structured methodology; preferable in Agile like environment
  • Has experience with declarative coding approaches
  • Has time management skills to be able to complete development tasks within project timelines and schedules
  •  Has experience capturing business requirements from customer design sessions and able to rapidly prototype user interfaces
  • Has experience developing custom reports and dashboards
  • Has experience setting up Lightning and Standard Console applications
