Purpose of Position:
The Director of Commercialization and Integration will lead the strategic development, launch, and market integration of our mobile industrial automation solutions, while also overseeing seamless integration of acquired entities post-merger and acquisition (M&A). This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving synergy through effective integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute commercialization strategies for mobile industrial automation products, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Product Development Oversight: Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to guide the development of innovative solutions that meet market demands.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales enablement.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption, generate revenue, and expand market share.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and drive growth.
Post M&A Integration: Oversee the integration of acquired companies, ensuring seamless operational alignment, cultural assimilation, and realization of synergy targets.
Operational Excellence: Implement best practices and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across commercialization and integration activities.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Experience:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercialization, product management, or business development, with a focus on mobile industrial automation and post-M&A integration.
· Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to successful completion.
· Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and market dynamics.
· Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
· Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage change effectively.
