Our “SKIN EXPERT” (Lead Esthetician) is responsible for performing (but not limited to) 40-50 minute facials, brows, lashes and waxing. The SKIN EXPERT is also responsible for maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records. Skin Experts provide excellent customer service, achieve all service and product goals as well as following all of FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines. Must be 18 years to apply with an active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License as required by law. Must maintain an active license, including personal renewal protocol, for the duration of your position.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will be -

Operations:

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner to provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Demonstrates high standards for customer service
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Explain, recommend and sell all products represented by FACE FOUNDRIÊ
• Assist the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks.
• Perform services, including but not limited to: dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts and tints.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes, including inventory needs
• Be sure estheticians are following all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services to ensure Board compliance at all times
• Assists with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving products and to ensure inventory is accurate
• Responsible for estheticians achieving store and individual sales goals
• Responsible for monitoring back bar product inventory and supply usage
• Hire esthetician staff on an ongoing basis

Training:

• Train new and existing estheticians to ensure they are confident in ongoing training and protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance
• Keep estheticians up to date with changes which includes, but is not limited to, products and services
• Assists the manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals and rebook
• Assists the manager in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are being upheld
• Confident in having coaching conversations with team members – both praising and correcting
• May conduct product, retail and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians

Marketing:

• Assist in Marketing initiatives which may include but are not limited to events, pop-ups, social media content

Position Requirements:

• 3 years experience as an esthetician and prior management and/or training
• Experience in dermaplaning, HydraFacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting
• Ability to build and maintain strong employee and customer relationships
• Availability to work Nights and Weekends
• Availability to work offsite marketing events (Nights and weekends)
• Required: Active California Esthetician License

Pay: $28-$32 per hour based on experience + commissions + gratuities
