As a Program Director you will oversee architectural teams that plan and execute diverse commercial projects. You'll schedule and manage architectural programs and team activities and provide quality assurance. As the senior technical leader in the office, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and coaching others. This is a great opportunity to lead a small team and share your knowledge and skill sets with others.
We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients focused on building multi-unit national footprints and integrate with their teams to help them design, manage and develop their brand.

Our Program Director have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school or equivalent work experiences and have applied their 10-15+ years of experience in architectural design and program management. Architectural registration is preferred. If you have a passion for solving complex technical issues and mentoring designers and project managers, this is for you.
