At CESO, a Senior Designer is responsible for a wide variety of tasks under the direction of leadership. You will have primary responsibilities that include:

• Perform design work on a variety of projects and prepare reports and construction drawings
• Assist on 2D and 3D preparations of drawings, using computer aided design (CAD) or building information modeling (BIM)
• Convert and digitize electronic files into useable CAD files
• Prepare drawings in compliance with company drawing and CAD/BIM standards
• Perform a full set of construction documents
• Collect data and gather information or documents for architectural projects
• Assist with preparation of permit submittal documents and applications
• Support architectural design team in daily planning, coordination, and completion of projects
• Learn state and federal laws & regulations and adapt building codes and standards as required to integrate into projects
• Perform other project duties as assigned

Position requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; or in lieu of a degree, 4+ years of related experience and/or training
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photo Editing Software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• 4-10 years experience of architectural design
