Survey Manager

At CESO, a Survey Manager oversees our full range of surveying services. You will have primary responsibilities that will include:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and reviews the work of survey staff
  • Responsible for final survey deliverables
  • Provide quality assurance and quality control
  • Serve as staff resource on complex surveying matters
  • Develop survey team budget and proposals for professional services
  • Coach and mentor staff
  • Develop survey team budget and labor hour utilization
  • Partner in developing best practice standards and procedures
  • Responsible for monthly client invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Assist other survey duties as needed

Position requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in survey or civil engineering or a Professional Surveyor license is preferred
  • 7+ years of licensed professional surveying experience
  • Experience with managing a survey team is required
  • Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil3D technology experience is a plus
