Recruiting Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for scheduling university career fairs and tracking information in spreadsheets
  • Assist and support the recruiting team with tracking and process improvements
  • Assist our recruiting team with candidate contact information using various online platforms
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to post job openings and refresh postings
  • Provide outstanding experience for both candidates, recruiting team, and hiring managers with a focus on serving
  • Administer documentation support for our recruiting processes; assist with training documentation
  • Demonstrate and apply knowledge of recruitment related employment laws
  • Keep informed of trends, market changes, and talent competitors, while delivering outstanding candidate experience through the engagement and connection of critical and diverse talent pools
  • Develop action plans for aging requisitions and keep management informed of progress
  • Utilize discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
  • Serve as part of the Human Resources team
  • Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, cold-calling, and employee referrals to build a sustainable candidate pipeline
  • Responsible for completing projects as assigned to benefit the recruiting process
  • Assist our recruiting team as needed in the full life cycle of recruiting from resume reviews, prescreening interviews, and coordinating on-site interviews acting as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Industry experience in civil engineering, architectural, construction or related industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
  • Six months to one year of experience coordinating various recruiting activities
  • Experience recruiting in a corporate environment for various types of entry-level positions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques for internet, cold calling, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
  • Experience using JobScore or similar applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Ability to work with recruiters and hiring managers at all levels and develop strong recruiting partnerships
  • Passion for providing outstanding experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Experience in managing various projects related to recruiting
