As a Project Coordinator working in our architectural department, you will proactively work with architectural project managers, clients and multiple jurisdictions to ensure project compliance and manage the permitting process. You’ll conduct research, compile data, and prepare document submittals and presentations. Our Project Coordinators are strong in administration, organized and can adjust to changing circumstances while staying on task. These individuals enhance the success of the project team by anticipating needs and ensuring project goals are met.

Our Project Coordinator Requirements include:

  • 2-5 years of architectural or construction industry experience
  • Experience with submittals to various jurisdictions / agencies to obtain permits
  • Solid project management, organizational and communications skills
  • Experience with contract administration
