A leading professional networking company seeks a Social Impact Project Manager. The successful candidate will support our career-tracking system, a game-changing new body of work to provide workforce development organizations across sectors with our data and insights to understand the immediate and long-term outcomes of their programs. Social Impact Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day project management of the tracker program to expedite alignment and execution of cross-functional workstreams.
  • Manage participant onboarding experience for selected organizations, including vetting process, introduction presentations, and follow-up.
  • Manage ongoing calls and milestone checkpoints with participating organizations, including synthesizing feedback, program outcomes and exit interviews.
  • Manage legal and contracting processes for organizations selected to participate in the program.
  • Manage internal and external coordination with the technology vendor, including license access and ongoing touchpoints.

Social Impact Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, social impact programs, operations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve program outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinker who excels at data analysis, including SQL and working with software and tools to measure and drive program success, is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge, skills, and passion for developing and implementing operationally efficient processes and systems are preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and contract management is preferred.
  • A track record of effective stakeholder management is preferred.
  • Experience working in mission-driven environments, with an understanding of nonprofit or social impact audiences, is preferred.
  • An understanding of the company and technologies is preferred.
