- Hourly pay: $50-$65/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location)
- Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (New York City, NYC 10118, or Sunnyvale, CA 94085 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
A leading professional networking company seeks a Pricing Strategy and Operations Manager. The successful candidate will own & evolve operational processes and associated reporting that support the largest agencies that we partner with. The company offers a great work environment!
Pricing Strategy and Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Structure and price Agency Deals in conjunction with Agency Development Leads.
- Facilitate Agency Deal execution with internal parties (e.g. Legal, Revenue, Strategic Finance, Incentive Owners, Deal Desk, etc.).
- Track monthly deal pacing and quarterly accruals.
- Calculate earned incentives and facilitate issuance to agencies.
- Evaluate the health and ROI of the Agency Deal portfolio to optimize rate cards and deal performance.
- Scale deal capacity through strategic & operational improvements to deal operations, in conjunction with relevant cross-functional partners.
Pricing Strategy and Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, or other similar roles .
- BA/BS degree.
- Experience with SQL and Tableau.
- Experience with commercial model design and execution (pricing, incentives, packages/offers) is preferred.
- Experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing deals in advertising space is preferred.
- Demonstrated communication skills, including experience in effectively communicating with senior management, are preferred.
- Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners toward team objectives is preferred.
