  • Worksite: Leading audio, video, and voice technologies company (South San Francisco, CA 94080 - Onsite, Potentially 2-3 domestic business trips expected per year, Potential locations of travel include Las Vegas and events in California)

  • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment, High possibility of extension

A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking an Experiential Marketing Technical Coordinator. The successful candidate will support experiential activations, tradeshows, and virtual Events.

Experiential Marketing Technical Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • General support of the technical team on potential upcoming activations.
  • General organizational support of the team with systems troubleshooting.
  • Support with systems testing.
  • Support with team systems innovation.
  • Staffing support at events managed and produced with the aid of the technical team.

Experiential Marketing Technical Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in work areas related to AV production management and/or event production.
  • Audio/video/lighting experience.
  • BA or BS, preferably in a field related to marketing, event production, audio engineering, radio and TV broadcasting, or similar.
  • Interest and curiosity regarding technical troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of both Mac and Windows OS.
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Smartsheet, and Omnigraffle.
  • Previous events/production experience preferred.
  • Computer Networking knowledge is a plus.

Shift:

  • Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9/80 schedule.
  • Overtime is not typically expected; however, it may be required based on business needs and will only occur with prior manager request and approval.
