Corporate Compliance Associate

People‘s Health Center is hiring for a Corporate Compliance Associate. In addition to the duties listed, all opportunities require a passion to serve the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors and collects data related to performance improvement plans. Monitors activities related to NCQA and Joint Commission expectations/standards. Reports compliance findings related to NCQA and Joint Commission requirements. Ability to provide administrative support to the department, including answering telephone, data entry and organizational skills. Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Performs frequent monitoring and observation of department activities ensuring compliance with health center policies. Coordinate meetings for Compliance department. Takes minutes and provides agenda as assigned or requested. Performs data entry into personal computer. Provides weekly and/or monthly statistical reports on compliance/performance measures. Participate in the health center's performance improvement, safety, infection prevention, compliance and emergency response plans. Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience: Requires High School Diploma and 1-3 years recent related experience; proficient with Microsoft word and Excel; excellent communication skills.
