ALM Hopewell Center provides comprehensive mental health services to children and adults in the northern and central parts of the City of St. Louis and North St. Louis City. A professional mental health staff serves a growing caseload of 2,800 patients, of which greater than ninety-five percent are chronically mentally ill and suffering from major psychiatric disorders. Hopewell Center operates a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center and a Comprehensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center for adults and youth.

Hopewell Center has an immediate opening for a Community Support Specialist Supervisor for our CPRC Jr. Program. This position manages a team of seven to eight Community Support Specialists who provide direct care to youth (school-age) with chronic mental illness and/or behavior issues. Specific tasks include: providing clinical supervision regarding all aspects of client care, providing training and support to the team, overseeing the quality of documentation, and ensuring all regulatory and compliance guidelines are adhered to.

Education/ Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling is required. Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor is preferred. 3 years of experience working in related field such as psychosocial clubhouse, supported employment or educational program, clinic, or other relevant social service or mental health program with 2 or more years progressive experience as a supervisor or program director is strongly preferred.
