The Store Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRIÉ goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Store Manager is responsible for creating an environment that exceeds standards of excellence in guest service, client outcomes, client retention, employee development, operational effectiveness, team culture, and local marketing efforts. The Store Manager reports directly to the store owner, and serves as the primary contact for all salon personnel, and serves as the Manager on Duty five days per week.

- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Fosters a team that delivers best-in-class customer service
- Trains all Estheticians on all store protocols, products, and procedures
- Exceeds store financial goals
- Identifies opportunities for growth such as staffing, scheduling and coaching
- Manages all personnel, including recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, safety and legal compliance
- Identifies professional development needed for each staff member
- Coaches each staff member towards individual, team, and/or personal goals
- Conducts reviews for all staff members
- Manages store inventory and supplies
- Leads social media and marketing events for the store
- Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans
- Leads by example, when performing services on clients

Availability: Nights and Weekends (Required)
License: Advance Practice Esthetics License and Salon Manager License (Required)
Experience: One year of Manager experience is preferred
