Marketing Communications Manager

Marketing | Remote - US | Full Time

Unlock your potential. Elevate your career. Serve as our master storyteller through compelling content creation as Episource’s Marketing Communications Manager (Payer).

Although this role can be performed remotely, you will need to live close enough to travel to Headquarters in Gardena, CA, for frequent meetings. (California or bordering states required)

What you will do at Episource:

  1. Leverage your love for developing captivating content. Craft compelling content that aligns with our buyer’s personas and sales cycles for various channels, including presentations, websites, datasheets, case studies, brochures, whitepapers, video scripts, and more.
  2. Partner with a passion. Collaborate with teams across the organization to help launch and deliver impactful event topics, presentations, and promotional materials.
  3. Cultivate collaboration. As the Marketing Communications Manager (Payer), you will mentor our interns, guiding and coaching them to develop and write their best content.
  4. Showcase your PR expertise. Develop and nurture relationships with essential healthcare industry editors. Assist in the development of crafting and releasing powerful news releases.
  5. Elevate brand awareness. Leverage Episource’s incredible story to support our brand refresh and elevate recognition. Serve as a gatekeeper to ensure brand consistency throughout all communication channels.

What you will bring to Episource:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of social media experience with in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
  • Experience with Loopio, Asana, and other RFP and project management tools
  • Ability to travel to Episource Garden Headquarters when needed
  • Superior writing skills: You will be asked for samples upon application
  • Persona-creation experience
  • Business-to-business marketing experience
