We are growing and looking for HRA - NP - Clinical Part-Time - Provider - Suffolk County-MA
Nurse Practitioner Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) degree, Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN), or higher (DNP or Ph.D. in Nursing)
Must have NY Medicaid.Medicare Number.
Must have TUFTS!
Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures including the Episource Immunization Policy. COVID-19 vaccination required
The pay Rate is per assessment - $ 112.00 USD Ask about our 1K Sign On Bonus potential!
May be requested to obtain additional state licensure based on Episource's needs
3 or more years of experience in patient care or clinical work
1 or more years of experience as an advanced practice provider preferred
Experience performing health risk assessments preferred
Knowledge of risk adjustment methodology, HEDIS/STAR measures is preferred.
Strong professional level of knowledge including pharmacology, pathophysiology, clinical assessment skills in the adult population and chronic disease management
Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Participation in educational programs that increase clinical knowledge base and skill set and demonstrate accountability for professional practice.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft office preferred
Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and automobile insurance are required.
