Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager at CONVO, you will be a key player in delivering enterprise software projects that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients. Your role involves structured planning, strong ownership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions. With 4-5 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, you will work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in orchestrating Digital Transformation projects to implement sales automation software solutions for top FMCG companies. You will communicate with a wide variety of people to ensure seamless project execution, manage timelines and resources, proactively identify risks, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to deployment. Ensure
  • scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and resource coordination to ensure
  • smooth execution and financial alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear
  • communication, issue resolution, and expectation management.
  • Organize and facilitate project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint
  • reviews, retrospectives) in line with Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and developers to
  • ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
  • Prepare and maintain essential project documentation such as timelines,
  • reports, and issue logs.
  • Work with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives and
  • contribute to the refinement of delivery frameworks.
  • Coordinate project handovers to support and ensure smooth transition
  • into operational phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 4–5 years of experience in project management or delivery within IT,
  • software, or enterprise solution domains.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and
  • coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar project management software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Exposure to FMCG/CPG or enterprise SaaS projects will be an advantage.
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum Master, or PMP (preferred)
