Position Overview
The Project Support Associate is the frontline champion who transforms technology-powered learning from concept to classroom reality. Working with a cluster of government schools, you'll ensure every student and teacher uses Khan Academy's platform effectively, closing learning gaps that would otherwise grow over time. You'll remove technical obstacles, help overwhelmed teachers become data-confident professionals, and contribute to creating Pakistan's national model for technology-powered public education.
Duration: 12 months (April 2026 - March 2027) subject to extension

Key Responsibilities
Daily Implementation & Student Engagement
● Serve as on-ground partner with consistent daily presence
● Build trusted relationships with principals, teachers, and students
● Ensure effective student engagement through hands-on support
● Help students navigate the platform and build confidence
● Guide orientation and troubleshoot learning barriers
Data-Driven Monitoring & Intervention
● Monitor real-time analytics in collaboration with teachers and principals
● Identify usage patterns and gaps using dashboards
● Proactively intervene when schools fall below compliance
● Flag at-risk students and coordinate timely interventions
Technical Troubleshooting & Teacher Support
● Diagnose and resolve access issues (login, roster, device conflicts)
● Manage device allocation and lab logistics and assist lab session setup
● Support teachers with dashboards and data-driven intervention
● Escalate complex issues to Implementation Supervisor
Quality Assurance & Documentation
● Monitor lab periods are scheduled and students engage consistently
● Document implementation through daily logs and weekly reports
● Ensure flagged students receive timely support
Who You Are
● Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
● 0-5 years work experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
● Education sector orientation (teaching, tutoring, NGO work) preferred
● Basic troubleshooting of devices, connectivity, and platform access issues with ability to interpret learning data and dashboards
● Proficiency in Google Workspace; Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred; familiarity with Khan Academy or online learning platforms is a plus
● Strong orientation toward technology and willingness to learn new digital tools
● Strong commitment to educational equity and belief that every student can succeed with the right support
● Ability to build effective relationships with principals, teachers, and students in diverse school environments
● Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts simply in Urdu and English
● Resourceful problem-solver comfortable addressing various challenges
● Proactive and coachable mindset that identifies patterns, intervenes early, and continuously improves solutions
● Organized, accountable, and takes ownership of assigned school cluster outcomes
