Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Odoo ERP solutions for our
organization and clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful implementation of Odoo modules.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirementsfrom stakeholders and clients.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Odoo ERP.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules
- Conduct gap analysis between business processes and Odoo functionality.
- Coordinate with technical developers for custom module development.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and solution validation.
- Provide training and documentation for end users.
- Support data migration and system integration activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working with Odoo ERP as a functional consultant.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation cycles.
- Experience configuring Odoo modules and workflows.
- Knowledge of business process mapping and requirement documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo implementation projects.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
- Familiarity with Agile or ERP project management methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Odoo technical architecture, APIs, and integrations.
- Odoo Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
