Overview

The HR Analyst reports to the Director of Total Rewards and plays a key role in supporting compensation administration, HRIS management, and payroll coordination. This position ensures data accuracy, supports compensation processes, and provides reporting and analytical support across HR functions. The HR Analyst (Compensation Analyst and HRIS Administrator) should embody CINQCARE's core values, including Trusted, Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative, and Community­ Minded.

Primary Responsibilities

The HR Analyst (Compensation Analyst and HRIS Administrator) will have the following responsibilities:

· Compensation Administration

o Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking to support internal equity and external competitiveness; participate in compensation surveys and analyze results.

o Maintain salary structures, job codes, and compensation-related data in the HRIS to ensure consistency and compliance.

o Assist with annual merit, promotion, and bonus planning cycles, including data preparation, auditing, and validation.

· HRIS Administration

o Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data by conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies across employee records.

o Configure, test, and maintain HRIS modules and workflows to streamline HR operations and enhance the user experience.

o Serve as a primary contact for system troubleshooting and provided training to HR users on system updates and best practices.

Act as the primary liaison with the HRIS vendor, IT, and Finance, addressing technical issues, customizing system features, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

· Reporting and Analytics

o Create and manage recurring and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, turnover, compensation summaries, and compliance metrics.

o Develop data visualizations and dashboards to provide insights and support HR decision-making.

o Partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations on workforce trends and process improvements.

· Payroll Support

o Collaborate with payroll to validate employee data changes such as new hires, compensation adjustments, and terminations before payroll processing.

o Assist in auditing payroll reports and resolving discrepancies related to timekeeping, benefits deductions, or tax information.

o Help maintain compliance with payroll policies and support coordination of off-cycle or retroactive pay requests.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


General Duties

The HR Analyst should have the following duties:

· Leadership: The HR Analyst will support the development and implementation of strategies that drive compensation administration, employee engagement, performance, and development.

· Strategy: The HR Analyst will track and report key HR metrics such as pay disparities, headcount, diversity, turnover, and employee satisfaction. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.

· Collaboration: The HR Analyst will participate in the development of people objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.

· Knowledge: The HR Analyst will ensure HR data compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. Identify and mitigate risks related to human capital.

· Culture: The HR Analyst is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe, and inclusive work environment for the HR team and as part of the larger company.

Qualifications

The HR Analyst should have the following qualifications:

· Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT/Network/Systems, or a related field, required.

· Experience:

o A minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation and HRIS administration.

o Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, familiarity with HR functions, and attention to detail.

o Experience with Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) preferred.

· Communication:

o Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE’s team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.

o Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of the HRIS, comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.

o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

o Critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot system issues.

o Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders, coworkers, and clients.

o Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

In-office work (minimum three days per week) is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.

In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
