About the Job

CINQCARE is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid media channels. This role ensures that digital outreach aligns with strategic growth targets, driving both Family Member and Provider engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns, using data-driven strategies to increase engagement and enhance CINQCARE’s digital presence in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute digital campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and website channels to support organizational growth and engagement goals.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, engagement rates, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and apply data-driven insights to refine and optimize digital strategies.
  • Oversee social media management, ensuring brand consistency and active community engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted digital campaigns that enhance provider and Family Member recruitment and retention while reinforcing CINQCARE's brand presence.
  • Implement automated and segmented digital journeys to personalize outreach and improve engagement across various audience segments.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery and optimal ROI on paid media and digital services.
  • Create and present performance reports to leadership, providing actionable recommendations to guide future digital strategies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Advanced degree or certifications preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign execution and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
  • Experience with digital content creation and management, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Proven ability to execute A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization to improve engagement and conversions.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

This position requires both in-home and office-based work. The job requires frequent travel for home visits and travel to physician offices, hospitals, sub-acute facilities, community partners and non-home-based market offices in all types of weather conditions. In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.

In this position you will need an ability to travel frequently by car and/or public transportation, the ability to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 30 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
