A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company seeks a Work Innovation Program Manager to join our Work Innovation team. The successful candidate will help drive meaningful changes across our systems, processes, and employee experiences.

Work Innovation Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead Change Initiatives: Partner across teams to plan and execute change programs that improve how we work, ensuring alignment, stakeholder engagement, and adoption.
  • Design & Improve Systems: Collaborate with our systems team to streamline workflows, connect tools, and enhance the employee experience through automation and low-code solutions.
  • Operationalize Innovation: Translate strategic ideas into actionable plans. Help connect initiatives across workstreams and ensure measurable impact.
  • Support Global Collaboration: Work across time zones and functions, bringing empathy and structure to complex, distributed change efforts.

Work Innovation Program Manager Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or change management, ideally in environments focused on employee experience, digital transformation, or workforce enablement.
  • Experience with people, IT, or Innovation teams is a plus.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones, with an appreciation for the nuances of change at scale.
  • A systems thinker with a strong grasp of process design, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure to evolving priorities.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms, workflow automation, or employee experience tools is a plus.
  • Experience at tech companies is preferred.

Shift:

  • Monday-Friday, 9/80 schedule.
  • Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by the manager.
