  • Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (Mountain View, CA - Hybrid, Must be 2+ days onsite (Tuesdays and Wednesdays required))

  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

A leading professional networking company seeks an Sr. Employee Communications Manager. The successful candidate will accelerate foundational communications and programmatic storytelling for our company. The company offers a great work environment!

Sr. Employee Communications Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support the company narrative on our unique culture & benefits to maintain the organization as a best place to place to work now and as we evolve our employees experience in the company.
  • Drive messaging that can be leveraged across different internal communications channels and programs.
  • Develop communications plans and lead global change communications workstreams in partnership with our cross-functional teams.
  • Work with business partners on how to communicate a connected story on topics impacting the work experience.

Sr. Employee Communications Manager Qualifications:

  • 7 + years of employee communications or related experience.
  • Experience partnering with HR teams or delivering HR communications is preferred.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create simple, clear and engaging communications for a variety of channels and audiences is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of voice and tone, with the ability to ensure consistency across diverse messages is preferred.
  • Strong change communications expertise is preferred.
  • Executive presence and ability to lead through influence 
  • Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally with multi-region teams and experience delivering employee change across multiple markets with cultural nuances
  • Ability to solve problems with creativity and navigate challenges with diplomacy
  • Quickly adapts to changes in strategy or direction
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complexity and executing in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint and other Microsoft tools is preferred.
