A leading digital streaming network seeks a Programmatic Coordinator to support creative trafficking, campaign execution, and reporting, ensuring digital campaigns launch accurately, run efficiently, and deliver actionable performance insights.
Programmatic Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end creative trafficking, including organizing, naming, QA, uploading creative assets, implementing tags, troubleshooting delivery issues, and maintaining trafficking documentation.
- Support campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization across streaming platforms while partnering with activation teams, Ad Operations, Analytics, Sales, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and resolve pacing or discrepancy issues.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc campaign performance reports by aggregating data, maintaining reporting templates, and translating results into clear summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the internal point of continuity for operational tasks outside agency-managed scope, proactively managing multiple campaigns, adapting to shifting priorities, and identifying execution gaps.
- Stay current on programmatic advertising technologies and industry trends while supporting process improvements across DSPs, ad serving platforms, and creative management workflows.
Programmatic Coordinator Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, digital media, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar.
- Experience with creative trafficking workflows and ad serving platforms such as Campaign Manager 360, including tags and pixels.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis.
- Experience supporting streaming, CTV, or media/entertainment campaigns is preferred.
- Familiarity with contemporary AdTech platforms and industry trends is preferred.
- Experience with creative asset taxonomy, naming conventions, and delivery workflows is preferred.
- Interest in staying current with evolving programmatic and advertising technologies is preferred.
Shift:
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, or 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
