A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Tech Specialist to support the assembly and inspection of high-precision microcircuit components.

Manufacturing Tech Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, inspect, and process delicate microcircuit components using manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, manual assembly tools, and precision instruments while ensuring product quality and consistency.
  • Handle sensitive materials throughout the manufacturing process, performing detailed visual inspections and following established quality standards, work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, trainers, and fellow operators to resolve issues, communicate concerns through established channels, and support continuous production objectives.

Manufacturing Tech Specialist Qualifications:

  • Experience in precision assembly and inspection within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using precision assembly tools and manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and detailed manufacturing documentation.
  • Experience working in an ESD-controlled or cleanroom manufacturing environment.
  • Experience performing detailed visual inspections using microscopes.
  • Experience with quality assurance and precision inspection processes.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience operating bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, or similar microelectronics assembly equipment is preferred.
  • Experience assembling microcircuits or other high-reliability electronic components is preferred.
  • Previous experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, aerospace, defense, or other high-precision manufacturing environments is preferred.
