A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator - Financial Services, particularly in the equipment leasing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development for our growing financial services sales. The Analyst focuses on helping customers take advantage of increased procurement flexibility to use and own our products and solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or significant experience in the equipment leasing/finance Industry. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!

Business Development Specialist Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $35/hr
  • Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States, Must be able to support West/Pacific Coast sales reps., Candidates located in Pacific Time Zone are preferred)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment, Possible conversion/extension

Business Development Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the senior business development manager to:
    • Build relationships with our HW Sales members.
    • Provide training to HW Sales members individually and in group settings.
    • Collaborates with internal departments.
    • Manages incoming leads and prospects for opportunities.
    • Creates supporting documentation for proposing, quoting, and booking agreements.
    • Present, negotiate,e and aid in closing opportunities with financial solutions.
    • Meet sales and revenue plans.
    • Support outbound marketing activities and the creation of sales collateral.
    • Funnel Management.

Business Development Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or significant experience in equipment leasing/finance industry.
  • Certified Leasing Professional CLFP is preferred.
  • Proven track record in financing sales support.
  • Understanding of the financing/leasing market along with knowledge of the different financial solutions like IFRS and GAAP Accounting Standards.
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and writing.
  • Competent user of technology and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SalesForce.
  • Strong math skills and experience with HP17B or T-Value.
  • Basic comprehension of credit concepts.
  • Commitment to intellectual growth and ongoing development.
  • Strong team player, able to work with multi-national team members.
