Vice President of Finance - Care Medical and Grace At Home Care Medical Practice (CMP) and Grace At Home (GAH) are independent provider practices partnered in purpose with CINQCARE, which is a physician led community-based ambulatory delivery system that is singularly focused on addressing health inequities in black and brown communities.
We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations for both practices. If you're an experienced financial leader in the healthcare industry with a passion for building and optimizing financial structures, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact!
Key Responsibilities
The Vice President of Finance will have the following duties:
- Leadership: The Vice President of Finance will lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value, including building a team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes. The Vice President of Finance will have experience building and leading a high-performance financial function and operations that can drive the creation of high-quality business potential.
- Strategy: The Vice President of Finance will establish the business strategy and roadmap: (1) improve outcomes for Care Medical and Grace At Home Family Members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other Care Medical and Grace At Home business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for Care Medical and Grace At Home products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Vice President of Finance will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
- Collaboration: The Vice President of Finance will ensure that Finance capabilities form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of Care Medical and Grace At Home.
- Knowledge: The Vice President of Finance will provide subject matter expertise in the Finance solutions, including determining and recommended approaches for Finance, solution deployment and performance evaluation.
- Culture: The Vice President of Finance is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the Finance team and as part of the larger Company.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of senior financial management experience, ideally within a healthcare provider setting (primary care, multi-specialty, or similar).
- Strong experience in value-based care, financial contracting, and healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare).
- Proven ability to design and implement financial systems and processes that drive growth and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in financial tools such as QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in start-ups or early-stage companies is a plus.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
In-office work (minimum three days per week) is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
