Website Project Coordinator

Job Description: The Website Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to managers while learning the process of website development from design phase through taking the site live. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating website updates, communicating with clients, managing timeline, tracking and following up on items.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Facilitation of website enhancements and updates
  • Project Coordination between various departments

  • Communicate with clients regarding web related projects

  • Facilitation of website updates

  • Quality assurance of projects

  • Manage multiple web projects at one time

  • Track all action items and recommendations, assigned and follow-up with the team members

  • Assist with one off tasks on an as-needed basis

  • Support Managers in any tasks or requests that may come up

  • Build knowledge base including keeping current up on the latest trends in the website development industry, SEO and hotel marketing industry

 

Requirements:

  • BA or BS from accredited college or university
  • 1+ years of experience in project management or web production
  • Strong time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to follow strict guidelines, deadlines and budgets
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Some experience in website production and HTML
  • Some SEO knowledge
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrates ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
  • Strong overall business and people skills, including planning, presentation skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis
  • Computer proficiency in Outlook, PPT, Excel, MS Word.  Google Analytics, HTML knowledge and Photoshop is a plus
  • Full time onsite position in Boca Raton
  • Authorization to work in the USA
