Director - Solutions Engineering
Business Solutions Engineering | Remote in Bangkok, Thailand | Full Time
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for supporting the global Sales organization throughout all pre-sales activities for the company’s cloud-based product suite. The Solutions Engineer builds and maintains strong relationships with prospects, Sales team members, and internal departments to drive customer acquisition and ensure an efficient and effective sales process.
Essential Functions
- Support Sales in all pre-sale activities, including discovery, solution scoping, and technical qualification.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations for the entire product suite.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of RFP responses.
- Provide technical expertise to Sales throughout the pre-contract process.
- Ensured emo environments remain current with the latest features and functionality.
- Work with Product Management to stay informed about new capabilities and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create product demo content.
- Support Salesforce workflow optimization and automation.
- Perform additional duties that enhance the organization’s ability to win new business.
Key Metrics
- Quality and continuous improvement of product demos.
- Contribution to sales effectiveness and delivery of technical insights.
- Positive collaboration feedback from Sales and Product teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS, hospitality, travel, or related industries.
- Experience in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or business analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of product and service offerings or ability to acquire it quickly.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a home office environment and is an outside sales role. Working in a home office environment requires a high degree of discipline.
