  • Hourly pay: $45/hr
  • Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 – Onsite, Primarily on-campus role with the ability to travel to various units for filming and training sessions)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extension

A leading university seeks a hands-on, content-driven Training Coordinator to make safety and technical training faster, smarter, and more engaging for the university community. The university offers a great work environment.

Training Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programs.
  • Develop impactful video-based learning assets, simulations, and assessments that drive learner engagement, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Operate independently to plan, develop, and execute talent management and learning projects.

Training Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience designing and producing short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programs
  • Adept at translating complex technical and safety procedures into training modules
  • Demonstrated experience producing short-form training videos and digital learning content.
  • Strong skills in video editing software
  • Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital content authoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple training projects at once.
  • Experience supporting and communicating with multiple stakeholder groups including partners, customers, and campus leaders.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in health, safety, facilities, security or technical training environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of microlearning principles and best practices for modern learners preferred.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license. Driving is required within the campus.

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
