A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Content Marketing. The successful candidate will take the lead on aligning with channel stakeholders to manage the creation and production of assets to support programs, marketing campaigns, and experiences that resonate with our consumers. The ideal candidate has prior experience in entertainment creative and marketing with a strong understanding of content marketing, shoots, post-production, talent, and campaign management. Sr. Project Manager - Content Marketing Pay and Benefits:

  • 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment

Sr. Project Manager - Content Marketing Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee creative asset development, execution, and timely delivery for all channels and marquee campaigns, including Acquisition, Amazon, Merch, Member, Brand, Social, Activation, PR, and Partnerships.
  • Produce video and still campaign assets, including managing creative development, and timelines, overseeing talent shoots, coordinating design, and managing post-production schedule and delivery.
  • Lead day-to-day requests and project management. Prioritize internal channel requests and provide creative solutions to executions that maintain brand integrity while delivering to goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain a project roadmap and calendar across all marketing channels, aligning with key campaign dates to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate design of original cover art. 
  • Manage process and timelines. 
  • Produce and deliver final artwork and all asset iterations used for channel marketing.
  • Assign projects to creative resources and guide internal and external partners through the company creative process, brand guidelines, production tools, and project timelines. 
  • Be Canada’s admin for project request tool.
  • Process contracts, request purchase orders, submit invoices, and billing reconciliation.
  • Archive, organize and track raw files, project design files, and final video assets.
  • License assets for static and video spots including, music, footage, and imagery. Coordinate team access for music and image stock libraries.

Sr. Project Manager - Content Marketing Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience in entertainment creative and marketing with a strong understanding of content marketing, shoots, post-production, talent, and campaign management.
  • Experience in video and still production management, static design, and editorial development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines while projecting a positive attitude, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master juggler, momentum builder, facilitator, diplomat, and project champion.
  • Connect the dots across a multitude of different but inter-connected areas.
  • Detail-oriented, have an obsessive need for order and find pleasure in running the show.
  • Creative at heart with a desire to look at everything holistically.
  • Self-starter and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Broad awareness of popular culture across media types is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a sense of humor are preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian market is a plus is preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken French is a plus is preferred.
