A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join an agile Software Development Team within a leading biotechnology company.

Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases to ensure software quality.

Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in software development and testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
  • Experience with industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., PlayWright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Proficient in the use of CI/CD tools and test management tools and processes (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with software testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, functional, non-functional, regression, integration, system, acceptance).
  • Adept in at least one object-oriented programming or scripting language used for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
  • Experience using AI tools to perform automated test planning, development, execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
