A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Materials Procurement Support to support production operations through inventory management, material movement, and supply chain coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting new product introductions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent manufacturing disruptions.

Materials Procurement Support Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate material flow to support production schedules, including material receiving, kitting, staging, and timely delivery of components to manufacturing areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and execute system transactions within ERP/MES systems to ensure traceability, compliance, and inventory integrity.
  • Monitor material availability, identify shortages, and expedite critical components to minimize production delays and support on-time delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate with planning, purchasing, production, and engineering teams to align material supply with demand requirements, including support for New Product Introduction (NPI) builds.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, ESD handling requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Materials Procurement Support Qualifications:

  • Experience in material coordination, inventory control, logistics, manufacturing support, or supply chain operations.
  • Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment and safely handle delicate, high-value products.
  • Proficiency with ERP, MES, inventory management systems, and data entry processes.
  • Experience working with microscopes is preferred.
