Job Description

Data Entry and Audit Administrator 1505 

The candidate will support the migration of customer contracts and set up new customer contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Review sales contracts to identify components that impact billing and revenue recognition
  • Input contract details into the system ("Create Customer Contracts")
  • Audit data loaded into the system (via integration or manually input) to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience reviewing sales contracts (for a cloud-based subscription product would be a huge plus)
  • Data Audit (either with public accounting firm on an internal audit role)
  • Knowledge of SFDC is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly become proficient in navigating  the system
  • Energetic, self-starter able to work with limited direction
