  • Hourly pay: $40-$50/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location)
  • Worksite: Leading music streaming company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States, Candidates in Eastern and Central time zones are preferred)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment

A leading music streaming company seeks a Compensation Analyst. The successful candidate will manage Workday Compensation Inbox transactions, collaborate with various departments on job evaluations and benchmarking, conduct data audits, ensure compliance with compensation laws, and provide support for compensation-related tasks.

Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Review and process Workday Compensation Inbox transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with recruiting, people business partners, and management to evaluate jobs and benchmark compensation.
  • Run Workday data audit reports and correct errors based on compensation eligibility rules.
  • Stay informed about federal, state, and local compensation laws to ensure company compliance and conduct ongoing FLSA reviews.
  • Monitor current compensation trends, participate in compensation surveys, and prepare cost analyses to support rewards proposals.
  • Conduct basic research on compensation and Workday issues, escalating complex issues as needed.

Compensation Analyst Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Flexibility, team-oriented mindset, and customer service orientation.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel (vlookups, formulas, if statements, pivots).
