A leading professional networking and development company is seeking a Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will support, coordinate and execute creator programming with a focus on the creator accelerator program's global programs. The ideal candidate has prior experience building and managing programs. The company offers a great work environment!

Program Coordinator Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $25-$30/hr
  • Worksite: Leading professional networking and development company (New York, NY 10118, Open to Remote candidates located in Eastern Standard)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, develop and execute virtual events across multiple countries to meet program needs.
  • Coordinate, execute and manage event communications, logistics, registration, sourcing, onboarding/briefing speakers, and ensuring participant satisfaction and programming objectives.
  • Develop and write communications including email.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on programming, partnering and working closely with program managers.
  • Offer operational support to creators while delivering excellent service to program participants.
  • Foster and support relationships with creators, speakers and hosts to ensure we are meeting the commitments and program experience of participants.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in product, marketing and communications, serving as a voice for the program.
  • Send outreach emails to participants; coordinate, set up and moderate event sessions/meetings; manage inbound requests, and monitor content.

Program Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience building and managing programs.
  • BS/BA degree OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with product teams.
  • Experience in strategic planning and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience in writing.
  • Strong program management experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Must have experience with copy editing.
  • Knowledge of the Creator and/or passion economy industry trends.
  • Strong community-building skills.
  • Strong communicator in multiple forms, especially in writing and presenting before groups of all sizes.
  • Ability to think analytically, understand metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Comfortable navigating different topics and norms of any geo/sector/topic.
  • Passion for executing on strategy and helping iterate to improve it.
  • Strong communicator, able to talk/share internally and externally about what we are building/experiencing.
  • Can balance short-term wins against steady progress on the long-term vision.
  • Passionate about how we can help individuals and organizations to learn.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
