The Position
This part time non-benefitted coach position that are responsible for assisting in the developing and recruiting players to achieve team goals. The coach will be responsible for attending practices for the students, and attending competitions. This individual will work closely with the associate director of athletics of campus recreation. This assistant Coach will contribute to fostering a positive team culture and promoting excellence both in the classroom and on the range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend practices for all students
- Attend competitions for students
- Assist student leaders with building an annual budget.
- Assist student leaders with completing all club sport tasks and ensuring the leadership team is meeting club sports deadlines.
- Work with school to create a safe outdoor shooting range environment for team.
- Obtain, or have Level 4 USA Archery Coaching Certification
Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Archery Coaching experience
- Work with Students
- Help build budget with students
- Help recruit new students to join the organization
