Facility Operations Manager - Residential

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Facility Operations Manager - Residential Services is responsible for site based operations of the Residential Services Program. Assisting with coordination of the Supported Community Living Program for the organizations independent living consumers. This role focuses on the leases, allowances, and other program based guidance in compliance with residential services. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Pre-screen, select and admit clients to the program and coordinates all aspects of facility and program operations; participates in staffing of person served to identify problems; establish goals and objectives for treatment and assumes management responsibilities for cases assigned. Supervises Support Housing Coordinator and Asst. Manager, service operations and day-to-day programing, assist with completion of annual SCLP apartment check, ensure compliance with building, maintenance, facility, and staffing, coordinates maintenance of the facility locations and coordinates utilization of internal and external resources. Participate in and contributes to various staff development activities; sensitive to management needs such as data collection, program evaluation, development of grant application, maintenance of contracts for services. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and two years' experience in a behavioral health setting. Master's degree preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills.



CERTIFICATION OR LICENSE REQUIRED:

CPR, CPI, First Aid and Medication Administration training.
