Skills and Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience as intern, coordinator or administrative assistant in a recruiting environment
- Adept at using applicant tracking system software
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a group
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

About the Job
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition Team with responsibility for the administrative tasks related to job descriptions, job postings, reporting and on-boarding.
Responsibilities:
- Place job description content into approved templates.
- Manage the job description libraries for multiple entities, ensuring that job descriptions are in the right templates and the most recent version is available for each role in each company.
- Coordinate the requisition process with Hiring Managers, Finance, and Total Rewards.
- Coordinate the position change process for internal candidates including requisition, posting, pricing and offer coordination.
- Act as key administrator for the Applicant Tracking System, understanding the capabilities of the system and stepping in as a “super user” when required to configure the system with new locations, templates, users, etc. Post open internal and external positions in the Applicant Tracking System ensuring that each posting is accurate and all fields are filled in correctly.
- Run required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports confirming accuracy and completeness of data before submitting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition for review.
- Send weekly jobs update email to employees in each entity listing open jobs and encouraging referrals.
- Track the internal referrals program, reporting and requesting award payment in accordance with the referral program policy.
- On-board new hiring managers including creating a profile in the Applicant Tracking System and providing support and training on how to use the ATS.
- Coordinate quarterly Hiring Manager training sessions led by the Manager, Talent Acquistion.
- Support HR Administrator with on-boarding duties as requested.
- Support recruitment branding initiatives and community outreach including job fairs.
- Perform clerical and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain the Talent Acquisition department’s high degree of organization and efficiency by exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and independent follow-up.

This position requires hybrid work. The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an ability to work onsite, communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 20 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
As a part-time position no group benefits are available. Sick pay accrues up to 5 days/year.
