What would you do?
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process orders and return merchandise requests
- Respond to inquiries and provide product information
- Develop working partnerships with the sales team
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
What do you need?
- The ability to multi-task
- The professionalism to handle demanding situations with internal and external customers
- The skill to prioritize and problem solve
- Strong written and interpersonal communication
- Mathematical aptitude
- Attention to detail and outstanding follow-through
- Proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel
What would be great for you to have?
- Experience with MAS or AX
- Prior customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
