Website Project Manager

Digital Marketing | Boca Raton, FL | Full Time

Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Website Project Manager works directly with clients and the numerous internal departments supporting their website. This person will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to guide them through the buildout process as well as ongoing website updates, enhancements and recommendations. Leveraging industry best practices and team resources, this person will provide strategies, planning and support to clients on a regular basis to ensure their objectives are met. The manager works directly with the production development team, digital marketing manager, SEO and creative teams among others to ensure the highest level of support and customer service is delivered. The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, knowledge of website structure and the ability to multitask. The manager will be responsible for effectively communicating with their clients for all website updates as well as recommendations and strategic optimizations. The position requires a strong working knowledge of website management and structure, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to budgets and deadlines. Hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation of website buildouts, enhancements and updates
  • Communicate with clients regarding web related projects
  • Quality assurance of projects
  • Project Coordination between various departments
  • Manage multiple web projects/clients at one time
  • Adhere to budget and timelines
  • Identify, Resolve and/or escalate potential client issues
  • Track all action items and recommendations, assign and follow-up with the team members
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of website development best practices and industry standards including keeping current on the latest trends in development/design, SEO and hotel marketing industry 

Requirements:

  • BA or BS from accredited college or university
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or web production
  • Knowledge of website structure/basic HTML and production technologies
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • Computer proficiency in Outlook, PPT, Excel, MS Word.  Google Analytics, WordPress, Photoshop and Salesforce is a plus
