Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Angular 18+, React, modern CSS frameworks, HTML5, Git-based workflows, and API integration (GraphQL & REST). This role combines strong technical skills with leadership responsibilities, including guiding a team of developers, owning architectural decisions, and driving best practices for building responsive, dynamic, and high-performance web applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Own frontend architecture and design decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI teams, and backend leads to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Establish coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices for the frontend team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, propose improvements, and lead initiatives to modernize the frontend stack.
- Act as the primary point of contact for frontend-related discussions with stakeholders and other technical teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain highly interactive, dynamic, and scalable frontend applications using Angular 17+, Angular 18+, and React.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement and enhance user interfaces using Bootstrap and custom CSS frameworks.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Manage code using Git on GitHub and Bitbucket, ensuring proper versioning, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot to assist in code generation and productivity while maintaining code quality.
- Follow best SDLC practices, including testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure applications work consistently across multiple browsers.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Angular 18+, Angular 17+, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows and version control.
- Experience with GraphQL and REST API integration.
- Architectural expertise in designing component libraries and reusable modules.
- Performance optimization for large-scale applications.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
- Familiarity with state management (NgRx, Akita), RxJS, and Observables.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Karma, Jasmine).
GitHub Copilot
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-powered coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to leverage Copilot to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and best practices.
Additional Leadership Skills
- Ability to influence technical decisions and align them with business goals.
- Experience in resource planning, task delegation, and sprint management.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role or a Tech Lead.
- A portfolio or GitHub repositories highlighting previous work and contributions.
Work Timings
Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM IST to provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad. Occasional evening and weekend work may be expected in case of job-related emergencies or client needs.
